Dr Kolawole Oyekan holds a PhD in Law from the University of Warwick, United Kingdom, with a focus on taxation. He advises SMEs, growth-stage enterprises, and established companies on UK and international tax matters. His work covers corporate structuring, cross-border tax exposure, compliance planning, and HMRC dispute matters. He helps businesses understand the tax implications of their commercial decisions.

His expertise includes international tax principles, treaty interpretation, and the practical application of global tax standards. He is completing the Advanced Diploma in International Taxation (ADIT) with the Chartered Institute of Taxation, United Kingdom.

At Meridian Tax Consultancy Ltd, Dr Oyekan leads on strategic tax planning, complex advisory matters, and long-term structuring decisions, supporting businesses operating within the UK and across multiple jurisdictions.

Bola is an international tax specialist with expertise in cross-border taxation, tax compliance, and international tax policy. She holds an LL.M in International Tax Law and has extensive experience advising on UK and cross-border tax matters, including permanent establishment risks, transfer pricing analysis, treaty interpretation, and OECD BEPS developments.

She previously worked within the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS), where she gained practical experience in tax administration, regulatory enforcement, and corporate tax compliance. This background provides her with a practical understanding of how tax law operates both in theory and in regulatory enforcement contexts.

Bola is currently completing the Advanced Diploma in International Taxation (ADIT) with the Chartered Institute of Taxation, reflecting her commitment to specialist expertise in cross-border and international tax matters.

She regularly delivers tax awareness sessions and technical training to businesses, supporting organisations in understanding regulatory obligations and proactively managing tax risk.

At Meridian Tax Consultancy, Bola leads on technical advisory, international structuring analysis, complex tax risk assessments, and emerging global tax developments, including the OECD/G20 Inclusive Framework's Two-Pillar Solution — covering both Pillar One and Pillar Two (Global Minimum Tax framework).
